Listening to a very good radio 5 programme today from Bradford and I wondered what the reaction of the Villa fans would be on Tuesday.
Actually I like Swansea a lot, I like how the club has been modelled over a number of years with an owner knowing what he is doing. However I feel no resentment at all towards Bradford at all and quite the opposite.
I remember the 4-2 at Bradford under GT, I remember the fantastic atmosphere when Platty scored (36K there my arse) and I remember Ormo who was in that program today. A player who many laughed at but a player who NEVER ONCE let down the club or fans and how many can say that ?
So from me, good luck to Bradford and I really hope you win on Sunday, what a fantastic boost for British football that would be.
Two teams who earned their place. I think most people will be behind Bradford but at least if they lose it’s not to one of the inevitable clubs like Chelsea, United etc. I’ll be supporting Bradford.

yes we should applaud them they won fair and square. Perhaps this is the season the table turns (no pun intended) and big money no longer rules the roost? So perhaps a club that invests in youth and has them hungry and willing to put their bodies on the line might actually have the future in its sights? As long as they stay in the Premiership, but if not, then back=ing a young manager with a young team might be the way forward?
Bradford and Swansea have earned their place in the sun. Villa and Arsenal did not. It is the way it should. be. GOod luck to them

to be fair Trevor the league cup is the one competition this can happen. Look at the FA cup, despite the shocks, the winner will be no surprise. As for the PL it is so predictable that makes Spain look competitive.

i dunno about the FA cup, the way many prem clubs are treating it is disgraceful, id love to see oldham or millwall go on to win that one too.
time was people would say wearing the jersey in the FA cup final was the dream of all footballers, these days sitting on the bench resting for more important games is the dream. if i was a gooners fan id be livid with arsenal getting knocked out by blackburn, resting walcot, carzola and wiltshire for that game showed a total disrespect for their fans, the competition and the opposition, so glad the got done against bayern, serves em right.
bradford beat our 1st team and although we were awful we were trying to win and taking it seriously, good luck to em.

Like Ian, I like Swansea a lot; as a club, they’ve shown that they’ve got their head screwed on, and it’s nice to see them doing well.
As for Bradford, they’ve shown immense heart to get this far in the competition.
So really, I’ve no preference for either team in this tie, and I hope that whoever comes out on top goes on to win it. Good luck to both, and may the best team win.
I doubt I’ll bother with it but would prefer an English team to win.
