I’ve never heard of him or seen him play, so can’t comment, but I know some of our readers watch Italian games, so hopefully they might be able to enlighten us.
He’s certainly the right sort of age and ticks the boxes, so you never know, this might be true.
But it does seem a case of his agent just talking him up.
And does the player offer more than our own youngsters?

Ive just spoke to a good mate of mine who follows juve aswell as italian football according to him he’s showing interest from some of the bigger italian clubs and looks certainly promising i think get in there before he’s outside our budget.
I dont mind young talent coming at all.. as long as we add experience to help them come along rather then throw all the kids in and say get to it.. which we have tried first half of the season with some alarming results..
I hope we improve getting out the starting blocks in games,were far too slow & vunerable.we need some experience in there to steady them.
