I have to say I LIKE it. It is a traditional shirt with some little touches around the collar and neck line. Pretty decent colours from just the picture we can see though the blue looks more pale than normal. We have to put up with the Macron little man but looks subtle enough to me on the shoulders.
No complaints from me, it looks like a Villa shirt and that is the key. Nothing can ever match the majesty of the first Nike/Acorns effort but the designers done a good job with this one.
I have to say I am very disappointed! I do not like the neck line or the collar..what happened to a striped collar that was touted like the 1980-81 shirt? I will wait and see what the away shirt is like. I don’t mind the macron logos on the shoulders though.

I’ll look rather dashing (even though I say it myself) sporting that shirt as I travel the length and breadth of this great country of ours, supporting the lads throughout the 2012-13 campaign.

It’s a shirt that wreaks with the smell of an extremely successful season ahead if you ask me.

I hate collars on football shirts…..this is absolute shit. Even rugby players dont wear them anymore.

Just watched the video with Darren Bent.
That kit is the best we’ve had in years. Really stylish for a footy shirt. The blue V at the neck is a nice nod to 1970′s strips. The yellow is a nice highlight.
Gotta give credit where it’s due – very well done Macron!!! Quite unexpected! I’ll take ten!!!
