This just seems like a continuation of the same pre-GH speculation. Keane is definitely a MON type of target (well known within the UK, out of favour at current club) but he is not a GH type of target. Since when did GH sign has-beens? And unlike MON he actually knows on some players on the continent. I am very confident that this rumour about Keane is false. Sidwell rumour could be more truthful though.
I can’t wait for Houlliers evolution to begin in full….. he’ll get shot of the deadwood and get proper competition for places all over the field. Players like Bannan , Clark , Delph & Gardner (Gary) – the good one ! will all get their opportunity under Houllier – unlike his predecessor – we’ll have a starting 11 based from form – rather than favourtism.
In Siegrist (youth goalie) we’ve got a wonderful prospect – and watch out for Samir Carruthers too – this kid could be very special ! A little patience from us Villa fans and I think we’ll see proper sustainable progress !

I think if keane comes to villa the chances of a.young going to spurs would be very likley. i agree though keane isnt a houllier player. i think GH will be looked at forign players and younger players.
