How dare he speak of the money situation when Man City paid £23m for donkey Lescott, that would value Milner at £50m and they just spent £20m on a bloody left back.
I say this to Martin and Randy, stick by your guns, stick to the price you both agreed you wanted, do not let Man city or Milner bully you into a deal that is not 100% perfect for Villa.
Yes some will say we need the money to buy players and therefore to succumb to a lower deal but that leaves us in a vulnerable position with say Gabby and Ash, we can not afford that to happen.

I believe MON wants to sell him (for right price) because he needs the money for buying his targets. MON is wanting an auction for Milner to get out the best deal. Spurs, Chelsea and Arsenal could get involved. We have to trust him and we have to be patient.

Spurs could come in and try to get him if we reject the bid. Supposedly instead of Ireland, Bellamy could be thrown into the deal but he would join Spurs over Villa for CL purposes.
