I would imagine all season ticket holders received the following leaflet today from Randy Lerner and CEO Paul Faulkner.
This is a fine gesture, no one asked for it and I certainly appreciate the effort to put such a simple thing together and well done to all.
And in return, THANK YOU to Randy Lerner for the time, effort and money put into Aston Villa FC and thank you for restoring the pride of the club.

Had mine a few days ago – very much appreciated, and not a season ticket holder – managed about 6 or 7 games though, so thanks to Randy!

Got mine today and I live in East Lancs. Only been to Wigan (great performance) & several days later to VP for Wolves (rotten performance) last season. Nice gesture and a good example of using your customer marketing database wisely. Things are slowly improving at VP from the dark days – trouble is there is so much yet to mend. UTV

Thanks but shouldn’t you worry bout buying players an not flogging our best, again, we not even gona get top 6 this coming season, an doubt we’ll have a good cup run this time either. Oh well, up the villa!
There’s always one that bloody moans isnt there. Have we sold Mlner yet? NO. We sold Barry because he made it clear that he wanted to leave and he was in the last year of his contract. Have we gone backwards? No we havnt. I bet you said we wasnt gonna make the top 6 last season when Barry went. How about a positive attitude towards a bloke that has completely transformed this club rather than a pessimistic and ungrateful attitude. Honestly some of our fans are shocking. And just incase theres any confusion my comments aimed towards ‘Dazza’
I second that PhilR. Hush your noise and trust the club. They’ve done nothing wrong but everything right so they have my trust that next season will be even better. Here’s to you Randy.
