There is a big rumour doing the rounds at the staff remaining at Longbridge that TATA may become Villa’s new sponsor. This rumour has made it onto Villatalk as well and in many ways it makes sense.
We all know that TATA took over Jaguar and Land Rover thus they have very firm roots in the West Midlands. However JLR is a well known name and may not need the publicity that a high exposure Premier League football club may bring.
So why would they maybe want to get involved if true ?
Well because maybe that TATA are just about to launch the worlds’ smallest car the NANO in the UK and what a good way to do this than through a premier league club ?
Stewart Kendrick has done this mock up using the rumoured leak that we have the same template of the Dutch Shirt, looks bloody good to me !!
