Ok, what’s been happening? I’ll tell you what’s been happening – Villa have hit another “mid-season glitch”. As we all know, this happened last season and fucked us up royally. I didn’t think it would happen again and to be honest I don’t think it will be as bad as last year..
OK we got ripped apart by the Red Francophiles in the second half, but there was no way we deserved to lose to Victimpool.
I’ve been going to B6 for 35 years and that was easily the worst Redscouse team I’ve seen. They were fucking lucky in the extreme to get all the points. Bastard Torres, great player but looks like a poove.

And what was with that referee??? Talk about biased – who in their right mind lets a goalkeeper who’s just spent 15 minutes sitting on his hairy arse in the changing room, come onto the pitch and hold up play for 2-3 minutes while he changes his fucking boots???
Could have sworn I saw the ref giving Stevie Me a tugjob while everyone was watching Reina.

I think the Villa might be looking at the League Cup pretty seriously now (if they weren’t before) and a two legged tie against Blackburn is more than winnable. Still, I aint counting any chickens as yet – I remember the Bolton semi final all too clearly. A draw at Ewood would be a decent result, from which I’d expect us to progress with the deciding leg back at our place.

What in the name of fuck is going on? small heath in the top 8? Unbeaten in eleven games? How??? They are the same shitty players they had last season. I see some of the unwashed supporters are signing up to Villa fansites, on the wind-up. Well, wind away, fucktards. Your bubble will burst eventually. So Villa cruise into the 4th round of this years FA Cup after disposing of Blackburn without breaking sweat. Blackburn made a fair few changes but we also brought in Guzan, Beye, Delfouneso, Collins, Delph and NRC, with Ashley Young returning from a one match suspension.
It was a return to some kind of form for Ash who looked lively on the wing, should have scored a 1 on 1 with the keeper, and supplied the crosses for the first 2 goals which were delightfully finished by Delfouneso and Cuellar.
In between those, Brad “No Goal For You” Guzan saved yet another spot kick, this time from ex knuckledragger Dunn. Oh how we laughed!
We also laughed when dirty, spitting, wife-beating, road hog Diouf got a straight red just before the break. He really is the most odious fucker in the top flight now Newcastle are in the lower leagues.
Anyway, a bit of a scare happened when little Brad seemed to drop the ball into the net under a challenge from Klasnic but Villa didn’t really look like conceding again, and Big John Carew came off the bench to score an injury time penalty to make to scoreline more presentable.
Away draw next please, to save me a few quid!

FA Cup draw – and as Man Ure were booted out by Leedszzz at the Theatre of Rapists we couldn’t have our annual tie with the Redfilth. In fact the draw couldn’t have been kinder, giving us a home tie against Brighton. Should be a cheap ticket special! If we don’t reach the 5th round I’ll start drinking lager.

On the Cup subject, our semi final at Blackburn has been postponed for a week due to the Siberian weather we’re currently experiencing. Bit of a shitter that…….was looking forward to the game. The cold snap might also see off our weekend fixture at Wigan. Feck. And even Arse.
